Part-Time Office Administrator

  • Weekly time commitment varies (approximately 8-12 hours per week)

Basic Description: 

  • Reconcile daily transactions for service & retail sales for all transactions (service & retail) 
  • Accurate record keeping and cash counting with frequent bank deposits 
  • Accuracy in record keeping for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly financial reports & spreadsheets 
  • Manage online sales reports
  • Perform daily administrative activities including filing & processing paperwork 
  • Work closely with owners
  • Maintain petty cash and receipts for Bookkeeper

  • Meet deadlines & accurately complete reoccurring responsibilities independently (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) 
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel 

Very Helpful: 

  • Current patron of the Hidden Peak Teahouse (aka, someone who “gets” us)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with email & spreadsheets
  • Experience with SquareSpace and Stripe
  • Ability to create, manage, and refine systems of operation for financial tracking in a paper system that is transferred into spreadsheets for the Bookkeeper (we do not utilize a computer point of sale program) 
  • Accuracy in written & digital documentation (especially financial)
